“ We had a breakdown on our way to Maryland traveling from Ohio. We found the Jenkins dealership and they were able to work us in the service department that day. The engine was beyond repair but was still covered by warranty. They took us to a car rental so we could continue our trip, took care of the warranty repairs, ( a new engine) and we had our car back in a week. Everyone we dealt with at Jenkins was extremely nice and very helpful. I highly recommend this dealership. ”
“ I purchased my first Subaru here. Corey Williams was my sales person and is super easy to work with and did an amazing job. From the test drive to the purchase, everything went super smoothly. On the visit & introduction to the service department, I liked how transparent and upfront the pricing is with everything clearly advertised on monitors around the waiting room. All the staff were polite, courteous and it didn't feel fake. The managers checked in on things, making sure everyone was taken care of. The finance manager was organized and everything was correct there. The managers even brought the staff lunch, which made the service folks especially happy! Finally, the detail of the car for delivery was the best I have ever experienced, they did a very nice job. Not even a swirl on the glass! I did have to let air out of the tires as they were at 50 psi when I arrived home. Update: Laranda, the person that helped explain all of the car systems and functions was amazing on the initial delivery and follow up appointment. She is super knowledgeable and you can tell she takes pride in her job and making sure she knows the Subarus she supports. At least from my observation, Jenkins takes care of their staff and customers. Thank you for being fair and honest. ”
